Housed in a historic tin building that once served as the Weigl family’s ornamental iron workshop, our location has been a proud part of Austin’s history since 1978. Shortly after opening, the site was officially recognized by the State Historical Commission for its cultural significance.

We specialize in barbecued meats, including our signature beef ribs, and offer house-made spicy and regular BBQ sauces brushed on after smoking for rich, layered flavor. Our dry seasoning is blended in-house and used to prepare everything from barbecue meats to chili and pinto beans. Every bite is a tribute to time, care, and good cooking.
